Recitals:   
The store is dedicated to the promotion of merchandise needed for mothers, babies and children. The store has found the sellers items to be of the type and quality the store desires to display. The Seller desires the Store to act as Consignee of the products for the purpose of sale to the public. The store is willing to display and act as Consignee of the Seller’s products for the purpose of sale to the public.

Now therefore, in consideration of the foregoing and mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Acceptance and inventory of Seller’s merchandise. The store shall provide an inventory number for each accepted piece and shall update the Seller Inventory Sheet with the number, description, retail price and store commission. The store will make the inventory sheet available to the seller upon request. The Store shall have the prerogative to reject individual items due to lack of space, unacceptable quality or condition.

2. The store may display merchandise in the manner the store deems appropriate. If more merchandise is accepted for display than space allows the excess may be held on the premises. Merchandise held will be exchanged with displayed merchandise on a regular basis, at the stores discretion.

3. Seller authorizes store to sell merchandise and arrange the terms of such sale. The store will retain a commission  fee: 40 % of sale price for Furniture; 50% for items priced under $30;  40% for items priced $30 and above. These rates are subject to change and will be posted in view in the store.

4. Seller agrees to the discount schedule from the original price implemented by the store as follows for Clothing: Full price the month accepted and following (2nd ) month, 35 % the 3rd month. The same discount rate applies for non-clothing items extended over a 6 month period. Unsold items become the property of Cutie Pie Consignment and may be donated after 4 months unless the seller has specifically requested items to be returned at time of drop off. 

5. The seller may request at the time they drop items off, to have any selected items returned instead of donated and will be notified by email when it is ready for pick up. Clothing remaining more than 105 days or 15 days after notification, becomes the property of the Store and may be sold non-consignment or donated.

6. The Seller will provide a current mailing address, phone and email, and update of any change. Consignors will receive notifications via email unless special arrangments are made.
